Body Massage
Massage is the manipulation of the body tissues to produce therapeutic effects. It helps relieve muscular tension and stress using pre-blended oils. It is probably the oldest form of treatment, as it is an instinctive reaction by most people to hold or rub a part of the body that is in pain.
